In this 2 years consulting job, Quadra consultants have contributed to cement manufacturing and cement qualities improvements, to the restructuring of the Quality Management System, establishing KPI’s to reach full compliance of the cements produced to the requirements of international norms. Furthermore, Quadra Consultants have assisted the Management of QNC to upgrade their laboratory equipment and bring “best practices” in line with CE and NF norms expectations. Overall, the consulting and technical assistance have brought the QNC Lam Thach plant to the level of quality and cement performance of the best EU producers.
